How quickly will I receive my CarMount?
Once you get a confirmation for your order, you will be put on the processing list. Your order will be processed and shipped to you in 1-3 days.

Does it work with my car?
The X1 Wireless Mount works in all cars.
The air vent holder works with all horizontal vent holders.
The Suction Cup Holder works on all dashboards and windshields. This is an optional add-on to the X1 Wireless Mount that already comes with an air vent holder. You can add the Suction Cup Holder in checkout.
Does it work with a phone case?
The X1 Wireless Mount works perfectly with MagSafe phone cases.
Will it work with iPhone 12, 13, 14 and 15 magnets?
X1 Wireless Mount connect seamlessly with iPhone’s MagSafe system.
Will it work with Samsung phones?
X1 Wireless Mount works perfectly with any phone that allows wireless charging.
P.S. For phone models other than iPhone you would need to install a MagSafe sticker on the back of your phone.
Each Wireless Mount 2.0 set comes with 2 MagSafe Stickers + installation kit.
Does the magnet has any side effects on my phone?
A short answer is, no.
The idea stems from old gadgets like televisions, when much of the data was stored magnetically, using tiny bits of iron. However, with all the latest technological advancements, the truth is magnets won’t interfere with your smartphone at all.
In reality smartphones also have magnets in them.
How fast does it charge?
X1 Wireless Mount charges just as fast as a charging cable. To take advantage of the quick charging, make sure you also have a quick car charger in your car.
