Our mount is designed to be a universal fit for any vehicle, but do not install it on leather & textured surfaces. The surface area should be flat and smooth.

Apply even pressure for 30 seconds and after installation, for maximum adhesive strength wait 12 hours before usage.

It’s compatible with all phone models. As long as you have the metal plate installed then it will work with any device.

Yes, our mount works with phone cases.

When installing the metal plate inside your case, be sure to test if the hold is strong enough. If the case is too thick, then the plate needs to be placed on the outside.

Our mount is strong enough to hold any smartphone. Two mounts is recommended to hold a tablet.

No, the MagSafe function in iPhone models 12 and up is not strong enough to securely hold the phone in different road conditions.

Our magnet system is 3x stronger, which is enough to ensure that the phone stays firmly put.

If placed in the middle, the plate will block wireless charging.

The following solution is for wireless charging users: Install the plate to the very bottom of the phone, horizontally. Then it won’t interfere with the wireless charging receiver positioned in the middle of the phone.

If you want to remove the plate from your phone or case, try to get something underneath the metal plate (for ex. an old credit card) and get one side loose, then slowly pull it off.

    Received my Carmount in the mail yesterday and I already love it. I switched from the annoying Apple MagSafe vent mount and what an improvement! The vent mount allowed me to easily position the phone once mounted, but with the weight of the phone it wasn’t strong enough to prevent the phone from slowly changing position over time. I also hated having to always having to deal with the vent having to be open and positioned in a way that the air blew directly on me while driving. The Carmount is a game changer and tough. My iPhone Pro Max stays in the selected position while driving…no adjustments needed. It allows me to mount it anywhere on the dash without blocking vents or having to keep them open. I bought 3 and will be using one in both vehicles and gifting the third. Thanks for finally making a quality phone mount for the car!

    I have 2 problems with the carmount - one of them has nothing to do with carmount itself. I will say that the phone has never fallen off the mount itself, so the concept works great.



    1)My dashboard doesn't have any good open nontextured place to put my phone without getting in the way of other frequently used controls.

    2) The bigger issue is that the metal plate that goes on the back of the phone blocks my wireless charging capability.

    This renders my wireless charges useless.

    One of the best magnetic car holders I've tried. I put this in both vehicles, mine and my wife's. The only thing I would change is adding the wifi charging plates to the kit instead of making them an accessory. Outside of that, no complaints at all.
